Dark Kingwood inlays, set into ripple sycamore veneer, add a strong sense of luxury to the unique design of this kitchen.  The clients wished to achieve a feel that contained traditional elements combined with more modern features.  The use of a completely flat inframe door was key to this, but without a traditional cock bead detail to the frame for a cleaner effect.

They also loved smashed glass, so we used this in a large elliptical breakfast table (as opposed to a bar which is less comfortable), and mounted it on large stainless steel discs set on bespoke tear drop shaped legs.  Blue Pearl granite generously used for work surfaces and splash backs then completed the whole scheme.
