Inspired by the compass rose, this table again pushes design boundaries, with its revolutionary floating glass compass points and central octagon. These nine individually fitted pieces of glass are held in place by eight book matched ripple sycamore veneered leaves; these in turn are elegantly supported by 24 mirror polished stainless steel straps fitted to the underside. The simplicity of the chairs reflects the design of the table with their open central panels that run down the chair back, that exactly match the shape of the compass points. This allows an uninterrupted view through the chair back, and through the table from all eight axes.
