Each Marcus White Kitchen design is completely unique. Since we design
and make everything in-house, there are no constraints on the style, layout,
materials or the design. You can therefore be assured of a kitchen that exactly
meets your wishes, no matter how unusual or specific they may be. Within each
project we strive
to bring something unique; providing exquisite bespoke designs is our passion,
and we will aim to exceed your expectations.
Marcus White oversees all kitchen
designs in conjunction with our friendly and helpful project manager. This
small team provides a personal service which will guide you to the right choices
that result in the realisation of
your wishes.
It is essential that your kitchen performs well, at the same time as looking
great. We will carefully balance the aesthetics with functionality. We listen very carefully to your requirements and are sensitive to the way in which you live in and use your kitchen. Whether you dream of a traditional warm feel, or a cutting edge contemporary design, we will come up with the best possible bespoke solution.
From first consultation through to completion ...
Design
After the first consultation we are happy to provide you with a free estimate,
or you can commission us to produce a bespoke Marcus White kitchen design. Should you wish to proceed with the design, our project manager will then work carefully, and at length, with you to finalise, in writing, all the specifications of the project.
Manufacture
Once the deposit has been paid, we will then schedule manufacture of all
furniture in our Dorset workshop. In the case where unusual veneers or other natural materials are specified, a trip to the appropriate supplier can be arranged to choose the specific stock. As our client, you are also encouraged to visit the workshop at any stage, to see your furniture as it is being made, and meet the craftsmen working on it.
Fitting
Generally, fitting is carried out by our own employed fitters, rather than
external contract fitters, so that we can ensure that work is done to our
high standards. This will commence at a mutually agreed date. We will endeavour to fit your furniture with the minimum of disruption to your life (but please be patient, as we do need time to carry out your fitting correctly and resolve any issues that may arise!).
Once you are entirely happy that we have completed all the work we are contracted
to do, only then will we ask for final payment. Should you require any after sales advice or services, we will be happy to help in any way we can.
